本品は ギブソン 1999年製 P-100 フロント
見た目は P-90 ですが スタックハム構造にする事で P-90の弱点であるノイズ軽減に対応した P-100
1999年製 ギブソン レスポール ジュニア スペシャルに搭載されていました
生産期間も短く現在は 生産されていない貴重なピックアップです。

P-90が シングルコイルであるのに対し P-100は コイルが上下縦に積まれたスタックハム構造。
P-90ルックでありながら ハムバッカーのようなハムキャンセル効果を得た希少なピックアップです。
画像6 : スタックハム構造なので 高さが 約25mm あります。

Les Paul Junior などの交換部品としては勿論ですが
Telecaster や ジャズ、ブルースギター用のカスタムパーツとしてもお薦め致します。

取付ボルトは 付属しませんので別途ご用意が必要となります。

For musicians who love the fat, punchy tone of the original P-90 single coil pickup, but want the noise-free advantage of a humbucker. This is a ‘vertical humbucker’ version of the famous Gibson P-90 pickup with its matching output stacked coils acting as a hum-cancelling device in the same way as a standard side-by-side humbucker. But with much better high end response than a side-by-side humbucker, due to its narrow focused magnetic field. It can deliver screaming solos when overdriven and crisp, crunchy rhythm tones that really stand out.
